Fixer Test

Store in a dark bottle up to 1 year.
Single-bath fixer test:
Mix 5 drops of water + 5 drops of fixer + 5 drops of FT-1:
if a yellow-white-cloudy precipitate appears then fixer is exhausted.
Slight milkiness is acceptable.
Double-bath fixer test:
Mix 15 drops of water + 5 drops of fixer + 5 drops of FT-1:
If precipitate appears in both baths, replace both baths.
If precipitate appears in first bath only, replace first bath by second and make a new bath as second bath.
